Welcome to my website. I have been practicing law in the Rochester area since 1979. Since that time, I have maintained a full-time office in suburban Henrietta. I have been located at my present location at 2468 East Henrietta Road since 1984. Over the years, I have earned a reputation for giving my clients the best possible representation in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Will preparation and Estate settlement. This reputation stems from the personal, hands-on attention that I give to each client. I offer full service legal advise in my areas of practice and meet with clients personally to insure that each matter gets my individual attention.

In my bankruptcy practice, I serve clients whose financial problems have gotten out of hand. Their debts seem overwhelming, and they are often facing foreclosure, garnishments or repossession of a motor vehicle. Bankruptcy can stop all of these events from occurring.

In the real estate area, I work with individuals and businesses in the sale and purchase of both residential and commercial real estate. I also represent landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and eviction proceedings.

I enjoy the practice of law and meeting with clients. I offer help so that they can obtain their fresh start after bankruptcy or enjoy life in their new home. My clients may come to me for help in one area but they often come back for other legal needs because of the relaxed atmosphere of my office and the satisfaction they have received.
