Robert A. Schwartz was born and raised in Rochester, New York.  After graduation from Brighton High School, he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and graduated with an undergraduate degree in 1975.  Thereafter, he attended Syracuse University College of Law and received a Juris Doctor Degree in 1978.  He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in February, 1979 and since that time has always maintained a full-time office in the Rochester suburb of Henrietta.  He is licensed to practice in all Courts of the State of New York as well as before the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York and the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.  He lives with his wife and children in Pittsford.
